<![CDATA[HIV/AIDS remains a significant public health issue that requires continuous attention, particularly in vulnerable communities such as coastal populations in Maluku Province, including West Seram Regency (SBB). This community service program aimed to improve public knowledge, awareness, and preventive behaviors related to HIV/AIDS among residents of Kamarian Village, Kairatu District. The activity was conducted through health education sessions focusing on HIV/AIDS prevention, followed by interactive discussions and question-and-answer sessions. The implementation consisted of three stages: preparation, intervention, and evaluation. The evaluation was conducted by measuring changes in community knowledge before and after the educational intervention. The results showed a substantial improvement in participants’ understanding of HIV/AIDS prevention. Before the intervention, only 9.4% of participants demonstrated good knowledge, whereas after the education program, this proportion increased to 71.9%. These findings indicate that structured health education effectively enhances knowledge and awareness among coastal communities, supporting efforts to promote preventive behaviors and reduce HIV/AIDS transmission risks.]]>
