This community service program aimed to identify the potential, challenges, and development opportunities of the Batako micro-enterprise and the Pantai Tok Anjang tourism area in Batu Besar Village RW 008, Nongsa District, Batam City. The program was initiated in response to the limited utilization of digital technology in business marketing, inadequate business administration, suboptimal tourism management, and the need to strengthen collaboration between the community and local government in supporting local economic development. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach through field observations, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and participatory discussions involving micro-enterprise owners, tourism managers, and the Department of Industry and Trade of Batam City. The findings revealed that the Batako enterprise has strong production capacity but still faces challenges in digital marketing, business administration, and access to government development programs. Meanwhile, Pantai Tok Anjang possesses considerable tourism potential; however, its management remains community-based and encounters limitations in digital promotion, environmental cleanliness, and supporting facilities. Interviews with the local government indicated that various business development programs have been implemented, although the participation of business actors remains relatively limited. This community service activity produced several recommendations, including strengthening digital literacy, providing assistance in digital marketing and business administration, enhancing stakeholder collaboration, and promoting community-based tourism development. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for sustainable community empowerment programs to improve the competitiveness of micro-enterprises and support local economic growth.
