<![CDATA[Manimbahoi Village, located in Gowa Regency, possesses significant potential in agriculture, plantations, and nature-based tourism. Its key attractions include Bulu Baria, Lake Tanralili, Lohe Valley, and Lengkese Waterfall. However, these resources have not been optimally utilized due to limited institutional capacity. Major challenges include the absence of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for tourism management and the lack of integration of local products into the tourism ecosystem. To address these issues, community empowerment and institutional strengthening are essential to develop competent human resources. This program aims to improve local capacity in managing tourism effectively and responsibly. The implementation involved three stages: preparation, training, and evaluation. The results show increased community understanding of tourism management and better utilization of local potential. Additionally, the program has enhanced administrative discipline, strengthened community character, and supported improved welfare. It has also equipped residents with essential skills to achieve greater self-reliance in managing tourism activities.]]>
