Abstract

Abstrak. Berbagai macam sumber daya yang terdapat di pesisir belum dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal bagi masyarakat. Salah satu sumber daya yang dapat dimanfaatkan yaitu, melimpahnya tanaman mangrove yang belum dapat diimbangi dengan kemampuan masyarakat dalam pengolahan serta pemanfaatannya. Ketergantungan terhadap pangan pokok, kurangnya pengetahuan, serta terbatasnya diversifikasi pangan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya kerawanan pangan. Pada kondisi demikian, pemanfaatan pangan lokal untuk wilayah pesisir, seperti buah mangrove sangat diperlukan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan tanaman mangrove sehubungan dengan banyaknya tanaman mangrove yang tersedia di ekosistem mangrove pada Desa Batulaya, Kecamatan Tinambung, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.  Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat untuk dapat memanfaatkan buah mangrove berjenis rhizophora mucronata, sebagai bahan utama pembuatan kue. Dari kegiatan ini, para peserta dapat mengetahui proses serta-serta langkah-langkah dalam pengolahan buah mangrove berjenis rhizophora mucronata serta berpartisipasi langsung pada dialog serta proses pengolahannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi ini antara lain yaitu, kegiatan pendampingan, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan. Hasil sosialisasi ini diharapkan agar masyarakat Desa Batulaya mampu memanfaatkan serta mengolah tanaman mangrove berjenis rhizophora mucronata, selanjutnya diharapkan adanya kesadaran masyrakat akan keberadaan ekosistem mangrove sehingga hutan mangrove dapat terpelihara dengan baik.Kata kunci: pemanfaatan, tanaman mangrove, housewives economic

Abstract

Digital development in urban and rural areas is developing unevenly. The development of technology and information tends to still be centered in urban areas. This then makes it difficult for rural communities to compete in increasing their product sales because of limited access to technological tools and information. In addition, people in rural areas still use traditional marketing methods in marketing their products. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that people will be able to increase their sales through this method. The use of digital marketing media as a promotional medium will allow business actors to have a wider reach in finding new customers, so that it is the key to increasing product sales and strengthening their presence in an increasingly competitive market. Based on these conditions, efforts need to be made in utilizing digital marketing to increase sales so that they can generate more sales and be widely known to the public. The initial step taken by the community service team was to provide socialization to the community regarding training on the use of digital marketing that would be applied to the business group.

Abstract

Purpose– The level of competition between companies is increasing as the business develops, especially when there is intense competition between similar companies. The cigarette industry is growing and becoming increasingly competitive to improve its performance. The cigarette industry significantly reduces the return on assets every year, even though the cigarette industry is a source for the government because taxes and customs are state income and accommodate a large workforce. This study aims to determine the influence of working capital, cash, and receivable turnover on profitability. Design/methodology– The type of research used is an associated method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the annual reports of cigarette sub-sector manufacturing companies going public. Samples in this study were taken from 32 companies using a purposive sampling approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data using financial report data from manufacturing companies in the cigarette industry subsectors in the 2015–2022 period. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis technique employed, while SPSS version 25 is the software used. Findings - The study results show that working capital turnover has no significant effect on profitability, cash turnover significantly affects profitability, and receivables turnover has no considerable impact on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity risk, credit risk and operational risk on profitability (an empirical study of Indonesian banking companies). This research is classified as causal research. This research covers several banking institutions (companies) in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive verification research method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques in this study were T test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality analysis, heteroscedasticity analysis and multicollinearity analysis. If it is based on the results of testing using the multiple regression method with a significance level of 5%, we can conclude the results in this study, namely: (1) Credit risk has no significant effect on the profitability of banking companies in Indonesia and its significance value is 0.917 > 0.05. (2) Liquidity risk has no significant effect on the profitability of banking companies in Indonesia and its significant value is 0.853 > 0.05. (3) Operational risk has a significant positive effect on the profitability of banking companies in Indonesia and its significance value is 0.000 <0.05. 853 > 0.05. (3) Operational risk has a significant positive effect on the profitability of banking companies in Indonesia and its significance value is 0.000 <0.05. 853 > 0.05. Abstract

Local governments are trying to increase MSME’s income by encouraging economic growth through digital marketing. The existence of MSME’s plays a vital role in society because MSME’s greatly influence efforts to increase revenue for the community. The rapid flow of globalization has made technological developments digital, making business actors follow digital trends in response to the changing era. Many people have switched from conventional marketing to digital marketing. This situation emphasizes that business actors must optimize their marketing strategies and productivity by switching to digital marketing. Even amid many new businesses emerging, their companies can survive and grow by adopting digital marketing strategies. Based on these conditions, digital marketing training and development efforts need to be made to market unique and modern products so that they can generate more sales and be widely known to the public. The initial step taken by the community service team was to socialize the community regarding the training and development of digital marketing and strategies. Through the socialization of digital marketing, it is hoped to increase the insight of MSME’s actors about digital marketing strategies and the tools they can use.

Abstract

As it expands, modern retailing must always be able to adapt to the lifestyle trends in society and understand the aspects that influence consumers' shopping behavior by implementing a unique store concept. Shopping has become a habit for some people, including women, who are becoming more numerous and financially empowered. This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and in-store displays on impulse buying among female consumers who use and buy branded fashion products at the UNIQLO store in Makassar City. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive method. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that shopping lifestyle had a significant effect on impulse buying and in-store displays had a significant effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

Dangke is a local food product with high nutritional value that has become an inseparable part of the culture and economy of the community. It is made from traditional cheese typical of Enrekang Regency. Despite having great potential as a superior regional product, Dangke micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) face various obstacles, especially regarding short product durability (expiration date), simple packaging, lack of product innovation, and less than optimal marketing reach. Therefore, strengthening branding and optimizing marketing is crucial to increasing the competitiveness and desirability of Dangke MSMEs. This community service aims to analyze existing conditions, formulate, and implement strategies to strengthen Dangke product branding. The implementation methods include initial surveys, SWOT analysis training, comprehensive training and education on branding (brand identity, visual design), as well as implementation assistance and evaluation of travel impacts. Participatory and community-based approaches are at the heart of this activity. The results of the community service are expected to increase Dangke brand awareness, encourage innovation of derivative products (for example, dangke crackers with innovative flavors and packaging), expand distribution channels (including digital marketing), and ultimately increase sales and income of Dangke MSMEs. This program also has the potential to strengthen the local economy, preserve cultural heritage, and become a model for developing traditional food products in other areas.

Abstract

The low level of financial literacy and the consumptive behavioral patterns among Indonesian youth represent a critical challenge in preparing the younger generation to face the complexities of the modern economy. Therefore, training in basic financial record-keeping serves as a strategic step in enhancing students' financial literacy, particularly at the secondary education level. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and provide practical skills to students of MAN 2 Parepare in simple financial record-keeping. The goal is to enable students to manage personal finances and school-based entrepreneurial activities in a more orderly and responsible manner. The implementation method involved several stages, including preparation, training execution, and evaluation. The results indicated an increase in students' understanding of basic accounting concepts, the importance of financial recording, and their ability to prepare simple financial statements. This training has contributed to fostering students’ administrative discipline and financial awareness from an early age, enhancing youth financial literacy, and equipping them with essential skills for future financial independence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menganalisis Pengaruh Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Dasar Siswa Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Bantaeng, (2) menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Dasar Siswa Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Bantaeng, dan (3) menganalisis Pengaruh Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua dan Disiplin Belajar secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Dasar Siswa Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Bantaeng. Variabel penelitian ini adalah: Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua dan Disiplin Belajar sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan Prestasi Belajar sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Bantaeng yang berjumlah 47 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan deskripsi data, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 29 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator kecenderungan prestasi belajar termasuk kategori tuntas sebanyak 47 siswa (100%). Adapun indikator kecenderungan status sosial ekonomi orang tua dalam kategori tinggi sebanyak 28 siswa (60%), sedangkan kecenderungan disiplin belajar dalam kategori tinggi sebanyak 32 siswa (68%). Dari hasil analisis regresi ganda pada prestasi belajar diperoleh Y=75,150+0,159X1+0,096X2. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,159 dan 0,096, hal ini berarti bahwa status sosial ekonomi orang tua (X1) dan disiplin belajar (X2) mengalami penambahan satu nilai, maka prestasi belajar meningkat sebesar 0,159 dan 0,096 satuan. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (r2) Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua memiliki kontribusi sebesar 0,052 (5,2%) dan Disiplin Belajar sebesar 0,044 (4,4%). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji f diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 4,016 > 3,21 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan “Diduga bahwa Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua dan Disiplin Belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Dasar Siswa Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Bantaeng”.
