<![CDATA[The purpose of this community service activity is to strengthen teachers’ pedagogical competence through innovative instructional design based on the integration of Eduaide AI and Napkin AI. The method used was training and mentoring conducted through three main stages: planning, implementation and mentoring, and evaluation. This activity involved teachers of SMP Negeri Sekon, a school located in the Indonesia–Timor Leste border area. Data were collected using a pedagogical competence questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques. The results of the activity showed an improvement in teachers’ pedagogical competence, indicated by a 23.33% increase at the classical level as well as improvements at the individual level. These findings indicate that the use of artificial intelligence technology can support teachers in designing instruction, including planning, implementing, and evaluating learning in a more systematic and innovative manner. The contribution of this activity to the development of science and technology is that it can serve as a reference model for AI-integrated training that is adaptive and contextual in supporting the strengthening of pedagogical competence and the transformation of learning in the digital era, particularly in border areas.]]>
