<![CDATA[Currently, freelancer is the main profession of choice for generation Z. The main consideration is the work-life balance factor. This phenomenon was the initial basis for this research. So, the aim of this research is to analyze the existence of work-life balance in freelance workers.The concept of balance that links determination or career with happiness, free time, family and spiritual development is work-life balance. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. This research involved five informants, who were freelancers from outsourcing companies located in Jakarta. Meanwhile, a human capital person is the key informant. Interview reduction and data triangulation were used to analyze the data. Next, the researcher analyzes the data to obtain richer information, compares the theory with findings from interviews and observations, and finds patterns based on the original data (not transformed into numbers). The research results show that work-life balance really exists in freelancers. This is proven by the depiction of work-life balance indicators.]]>
