<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the potential of decorative motifs from Gedong Songo Temple as inspiration for developing batik typical of Semarang Regency. As a Hindu cultural heritage site located on the slopes of Mount Ungaran, Gedong Songo Temple holds rich visuals and profound philosophical meanings. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were obtained through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review. The findings indicate that visual elements such as temple architecture, reliefs, and the natural landscape around the site can be developed into distinctive and meaningful batik motifs. These motifs represent spiritual values, harmony with nature, and the local identity of the community. This innovation has great potential to become a cultural symbol while supporting the growth of the creative economy sector in Semarang Regency. The development of this batik can increase appreciation for local cultural heritage and strengthen Semarang Regency's position as a center of culture and creativity. Furthermore, the use of these motifs can open up opportunities for collaboration between artists, designers, and batik craftsmen to create high-value products in the national and international markets.]]>
