<![CDATA[Anemia in pregnant women remains a global health problem. Various complications arise due to anemia such as prolonged labor, postpartum hemorrhage, postnatal infection, prematurity, slow fetal development, and babies with low birth weight. Compliance with consuming Fe tablets affects the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the compliance of Fe tablet consumption on the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Mlati I Sleman Yogyakarta Community Health Center using a cross-sectional correlation analytical design. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total of 65 pregnant women selected according to the inclusion criteria. The results showed that compliance with Fe tablet consumption of pregnant women was moderate compliance of 32 (49.2%) respondents, and respondents had anemia 16 (24.6%). The results of the Chi-Square analysis showed a relationship between compliance with Fe tablet consumption and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women with a significance value of 0.000. The conclusion of the study was that there was a relationship between compliance with Fe tablet consumption and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at Puskesmas Mlati I Sleman Yogyakarta.]]>
