This study analyzes the influence of the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), MSME financing credit, education index, and Domestic Investment (PMDN) on economic growth and its impact on community welfare in districts/cities of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. The study employs a quantitative approach using panel data from eight districts/cities during the 2015–2024 period. Panel data regression analysis was applied using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM). The findings reveal that TPAK, MSME financing, education index, and PMDN simultaneously have a significant effect on economic growth, with an Adjusted R-Squared value of 61.25%, indicating that these variables are key determinants of regional economic growth. Furthermore, economic growth positively and significantly affects per capita income, suggesting that higher economic growth contributes to improving community welfare. However, the benefits of growth are not yet evenly distributed, indicating the need for more inclusive development policies. In addition, economic growth has a negative and significant effect on the open unemployment rate, meaning that increased economic growth encourages labor absorption. Nevertheless, there are still indications of jobless growth, as economic expansion has not been fully accompanied by optimal job creation. Therefore, improving workforce quality, strengthening MSMEs, enhancing educational quality, and ensuring equitable domestic investment distributiore essential for promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth in NTB Province.
