This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, job insecurity, and workload on employee work stress at Ramayana Suites & Resort Kuta Badung. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 67 employees, selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that work environment variable has a negative and significant effect on work stress, indicating that a more conducive work environment can reduce employee stress levels. Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on work stress, suggesting that the higher the job uncertainty, the greater the level of stress experienced by employees. Workload also has a positive and significant impact on work stress, showing that an increase in workload directly contributes to higher employee stress levels. The theoretical implication of this study enriches the references in the field of human resource management, particularly regarding the factors contributing to work stress. Practically, the findings provide a foundation for the management of Ramayana Suites & Resort to formulate more effective human resource strategies, including creating a healthier work environment, improving job security, and adjusting workloads to align with employee capacity.
