The rapid increase in stock investment activity on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in recent times can also be seen in the activity of the Indonesia Composite Index. This aim For know influence inflation, Bank of Indonesia interest rates, and rupiah exchange rate against Composite Stock Price Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research this is study associative or cause and effect (causal). Data collection in this study, when linked to its location, used library research. The data collection technique used was documentation. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data sources in this study are entirely secondary data. The data analysis technique uses the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are that inflation has a significant negative effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, Bank of Indonesia interest rates have a significant negative effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, the rupiah exchange rate has a significant positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, and simultaneously inflation, Bank of Indonesia interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index
