Abstract

The progress activity of aquaculture which conducted by UD. Riky S.Y have got the increase since 2008, so that the company make plan to expand their bussiness, they need a number of fixed asset such as pool of pisciculture and car, to overcome the problem there are two alternatives of aquasition financing fixed asset is applied. First alternative applied is leasing and for to second alternatives by using debt financing, kind of this research is applied research by case study method, and data received by applying data collecting tehknique, namely observation, interview, and documentation, to answer the question proposed in this research is analysis of present value, by criteria choice that is present value which has the smaller financing. From analysis data and discussion received that present value of spent cash flow for pool pisciculture by measuring is 16 x 6m with leasing alternative of period for 2013/2014 – 2017/2018 is about Rp 48.278.250 while for debt financing alternative for the same period is about Rp 66.530.066, spent cash flow for car by leasing alternative for the same period is about Rp398.823.300, and for debt financing alternative is about Rp 222.446.799 and can be recommended to UD. Riky S.Y to apply the leasing alternative and debt financing alternative in receiving the fixed asset

Abstract

Mergers and Acquisitions is a legal phenomenon that occurs in companies incorporated as legal entities including financial institutions. Mergers and Acquisitions aim to strengthen institutional structures and strengthen cooperative capital in the hope of improving member welfare. The legal aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions on cooperatives emphasize the legality aspect, the reasons for Mergers and Acquisitions, the processes and their legal consequences. It's just that the Acquisition in the future must be calculated and regulated in legislation because not many cooperatives are doing it Acquisition is needed as one business strategy to develop cooperatives to exist in the middle of society.

Abstract

The research aims at analyzing the effects of liquidity, leverage, and profitability towards company value, analyzing the potency of dividend policy in moderating the effects of liquidity, leverage, and profitability towards company value. This research is causal research. The sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data gathering implemented in this research was documentation technique. The entire data source in this research was secondary data in a form of ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory). The analysis tools used in this research was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This research used statistics SPSS Statistics 17.0 for Windows as statistics analysis software aid. The results of the research are the liquidity did not have effects towards company value; dividend policy could not moderate the correlation between liquidity towards company value; leverage had positive effects towards company value; dividend policy could moderate the correlation between leverage towards company value; profitability had positive effects towards company value; and dividend policy could not moderate the correlation between profitability towards company value

Abstract

     UD. Warna Sari is agroindustry of various kinds of food, namely jackfruit lunkhead, soursop lunkhead, pineapple dodol, sticky rice lunkhead, banana chips, sweet potato chips, and others. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy of jackfruit dodol at UD. Warna Sari in Suranadi Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency. This research is a descriptive study. The data analysis tool used in this study is the SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) has a value of -1.692 while the External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) is 0.04 so that it forms a cartesian coordinate point in Quadrant III (Turn Around Strategy). It can be concluded that the right strategy to be implemented by UD. Warna Sari in Suranadi Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency, namely the WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) Strategy

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of an investment plan to add fixed assets (oven machines) by UD. Warna Sari in terms of financial aspects. This research is applied with data collection methods namely; case methods, data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection tools used in this study are questionnaire and tape recorder. Data analysis uses Net Present Value (NPV) analysis, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and Profitability Index (PI). From the results of this study can be concluded as follows: investment plans to add fixed assets (oven machines) are feasible to be implemented by UD. Warna Sari, when viewed from the financial aspect. This can be seen from the Payback Period (PP) = 0.09 years <1 year, Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 473,330,270 is positive, IRR (105.04%)> RRR (50%), PI (60%) , 17)> 1 The investment decision to add fixed assets (oven machines) for business leader at UD. Warna Sari is feasible to be implemented to increase the production capacity of jackfruit dodol whose sales value continues to increase from year to year.

Abstract

Aims (1) to determine significant partial effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on work motivation  of employees at Bengkel Utama Motor Cakranegara; (2) to determine significant simultant effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on work motivation  of employees at Bengkel Utama Motor Cakranegara; (3) to determine dominant effect among financial compensation and non-financial compensastion on work motivation of employee at Bengkel Utama Motor Cakranegara.In accordance with the purpose of research, the type of research used in the research is asosiatif. The population is all of permanent employees about 35 peoples. Determination of the respondents in this study carried out on all members of the population, it has been called a census. To collecte data in this research used questionnaires. To determine the responses of respondents to variables assessed, used Likert Scale analysis with the 5 scale answered point.The conclution of this research showed that : (1) There is a significant partial effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on work motivation of employees at Bengkel Utama Motor Cakranegara; (2) There is a significant simultant effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation of employees at Bengkel Utama Motor Cakranegara; (3) financial compensation has dominant effect on work motivation of employees at Bengkel Utama Motor Cakranegara.

Abstract

Penyuluhan ini bertujuan supaya pihak manajemen UD. Warna Sari mengetahui bahwa pengembangan pemasaran daring atau e-marketing untuk produk dodol nangkanya selama masa pandemi COVID 19 sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan supaya eksistensi perusahaannya tetap terjaga. Materi penyuluhan disajikan menggunakan alat bantu LCD Projector dan slide powerpoint. Materi penyuluhan mencakup strategi pengembangan pemasaran daring atau e-marketing untuk produk dodol nangka selama masa pandemi COVID 19 dan pemanfaatan market place seperti facebook, instagram, bukalapak, tokopedia, dan whatsapp messenger yang menjadi media sosial sekaligus market place yang potensial bagi UD. Warna Sari. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah aplikasi e-marketing memberikan peluang besar bagi pemasar, dalam hal ini pemasar adalah UD. Warna Sari sendiri untuk menekan biaya dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui layanan yang lebih cepat dan interaksi pemasaran yang lebih interaktif, real-time, dan efisien.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of salted egg business/business at UD. Kenanga, South Ampenan Village, Ampenan District, Mataram City. This research is applied research. The data collection method used in this study is the case method or often called a case study. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the salted egg agro-industry business/business UD. Kenanga is profitable and feasible to be cultivated because it has a B/C Ratio value of 0.54 and BEP (Q) is obtained as many as 217 items, while BEP (Rp) is obtained at Rp. 850,902.5.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh variabel selera, tingkat harga, tingkat pendapatan, dan faktor sosial ekonomi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap permintaan dodol nangka dan untuk menganalisis variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap permintaan dodol nangka pada UD. Warna Sari di Desa Suranadi Kecamatan Narmada Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan metode accidental sampling. Berdasarkan jumlah populasi yang terdapat pada UD.Warna Sari di Desa Suranadi Kecamatan Narmada Kabupaten Lombok Barat yang berjumlah 50 orang karyawan maka sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan angket. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini berasal dari skor hasil pengisian kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan terhadap penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan hasil sebagai berikut secara simultan dan parsial, variabel selera, tingkat harga, tingkat pendapatan, dan faktor sosial ekonomi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap permintaan dodol nangka dan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan dodol nangka pada UD. Warna Sari di Desa Suranadi Kecamatan Narmada Kabupaten Lombok Barat adalah selera. Kata Kunci : permintaan dodol nangka, accidental sampling, kuesioner, analisis regresi linier berganda

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the performance of product strategy, price, promotion, location, process, people, and physical evidence simultaneously and partially on the purchasing decision of various fruit dodol at UD. Edelweiss in Selat Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency and the most dominant variable influencing the decision to buy various fruit dodol at UD. Edelweis in Selat Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency. This research is associative research. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The conclusion obtained is that the performance of product strategy, price, promotion, location, process, people, and physical evidence has a significant positive effect simultaneously and partially on the decision to buy various fruit dodol at UD. Edelweiss in Selat Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency and location has the most dominant influence on the decision to purchase various fruit dodol at UD. Edelweis in Selat Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency.
