The annulment of State Administrative Decisions (KTUN) by the State Administrative Court (PTUN) is a form of judicial oversight of government actions to ensure they remain within the legal corridor. This study aims to analyze the legal reasons used by judges in annulling KTUN. The research method used is normative legal research with a legal approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that PTUN judges in annulling KTUN generally base their decisions on violations of applicable laws and regulations, general principles of good governance (AUPB), and defects in authority, procedures, and substance in the issuance of KTUN. Thus, the annulment of KTUN is an effort to guarantee legal protection for the public from arbitrary administrative actions..
