This study aims to analyze the effect of commuting traffic congestion in the TB Simatupang area, South Jakarta, and working duration on employee stress levels at PT Hastari. This research employed a quantitative approach using a causal associative research design. The population consisted of all employees of PT Hastari, with a total sample of 30 respondents selected using the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial (t) test, simultaneous (F) test, and coefficient of determination (R²) analysis. The results indicate that commuting traffic congestion has a positive but insignificant effect on employee stress levels. In contrast, working duration has a positive and significant effect on employee stress levels. Simultaneously, commuting traffic congestion and working duration have a positive and significant effect on employee stress levels. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.341 indicates that both independent variables explain 34.1% of the variation in employee stress levels, while the remaining 65.9% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. The findings imply that companies should pay greater attention to managing working hours and implementing policies that support employees' mental health and well-being in order to reduce work-related stress.
