<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article discusses the program department planning process in planning the Indonesia Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Summit 2.0 or commonly abbreviated as ISS 2.0 which is held online. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning process carried out by the program department in the planning process of an online event. The methodology used in this study is qualitative data analysis method, with data collection methods through observation and interviews with the organizers. The results of the study found that the planning process carried out by the program department consisted of five stages, namely the research stage, the design stage, the planning stage, the coordination stage, and the evaluation stage. The planning stages that have been carried out by the program department are going well but there are several obstacles that arise during the planning process. Keyword: Online, Process, Planning, Program, Summit Event ABSTRAK Artikel ini membahas tentang proses perencanaan departemen program dalam perencanaan acara Indonesia Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Summit 2.0 atau biasa disingkat ISS 2.0 yang diselenggarakan secara daring (online). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan yang dilakukan departemen program pada proses perencanaan sebuah acara yang diselenggarakan secara daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak penyelenggara. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa proses perencanaan yang dilakukan departemen program ini terdapat lima tahapan, yaitu tahap riset, tahap desain, tahap perencanaan, tahap koordinasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Tahapan perencanaan yang telah dilakukan departemen program ini berjalan dengan baik namun terdapat beberapa kendala yang muncul pada saat proses perencanaan.
