<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence workload and work stress have on employee performance at the Risk and Financial Management Division at PT Waskita Toll Road. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection in this research used primary and secondary data. The data analysis methods used are instrument test analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The total population in this study was 65 employees. The sample research method uses a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method, namely 65 respondents. In data processing, this study used SPSS software version 25. This study showed that this research fulfilled the normal distribution requirements, namely 0.2 > 0.05. The regression equation model in this research is Y = 75.809 - 0.574 Based on the results of the partial correlation, the workload variable of 10.56% has an influence on employee performance and the work stress variable of 12.53% has an influence on employee performance. 35.9% of employee performance variables are affected by workload and work stress and the other 64.1% are influenced by other variables not used in this study. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a significant influence between workload and work stress on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.]]>
