<![CDATA[VIRANDITHA KOSWARA. Effectiveness of Electronic Procurement (E-Procurement) at PT Badak NGL. Department of Applied Business Administration State Polytechnic of Jakarta. 2023. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of electronic procurement (E-Procurement) at PT Badak NGL. Procurement of goods electronically (E-Procurement) is a form of innovation and efforts to improve the quality of goods procurement services within a company, in accordance with the principles of good governance. PT Badak NGL has implemented this electronic-based procurement of goods since 2015. This research uses a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of research informants is 8 people. The results of the study show that the implementation of electronic procurement of goods (E-Procurement) at PT Badak NGL has been running effectively in accordance with the procurement principles according to the Minister of BUMN Regulation No. PER – 08/MBU/12/2019. This can be seen from the success of the indicators for procurement principles, namely efficiency, effectiveness, competition, transparency, fairness and fairness, openness and accountability.
