In contrast, job satisfaction positively and significantly affects job loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.431 and P-Values of 0.000. Both compensation and job satisfaction significantly and positively affect work motivation with path coefficients of 0.380 and 0.601, and P-Values of 0.000 and 0.000, respectively. Additionally, work motivation significantly affects job loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.592 and P- Values of 0.000. Work motivation also mediates the effects of compensation and job satisfaction on job loyalty, with path coefficients of 0.201 and 0.318, and P-Values of 0.002 and 0.001, respectively.
