Abstract

Abstrak Berkembangnya teknologi komunikasi semakin mempermudah arus pertukaran informasi dan kini dimanfaatkan untuk memasarkan produk atau jasa menggunakan fasilitas social media, salah satunya adalah Instagram. Banyaknya pengguna Instagram membuat Santa Modern Market menggunakan aplikasi tersebut untuk menarik minat khalayak untuk datang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui penggunaan social media marketing Instagram mempengaruhi minat khalayak ke Santa Modern Market. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden menggunakan teknik non random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi korelasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan social media marketing Instagram terhadap minat kuat yaitu sebesar 0,695. Pengaruh social media marketing Instagram terhadap minat adalah sebesar 48,3% sedangkan sisanya 51,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Berdasarkan uji F social media marketing Instagram berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat ditunjukan dengan nilai F hitung > dari F tabel : 91,618 > 3,94 sehingga Hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak, dan Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Dapat disimpulkan social media marketing Instagram berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat ke Santa Modern Market. Kata kunci : Social Media Marketing, Instagram, Minat. Abstract The development of the communication technology makes the flow of information exchange more easier and now being used to market a product or service using social media facilities such as Instagram. The purpose of this research is to know the use of social media marketing Instagram affect the interest of the people to Santa Modern Market. The number of Instagram users make Santa Modern Market used the application to attract peoples to com . The number of this research respondents is 100 respondents using non random sampling. This research used quantitative research methods. Techniques of data collection by questionnaire and interview. Technique used is regression analysis simple correlation. The result of this study showed that the relationship of social media marketing Instagram and interest is strong at 0,695. The effect of social media marketing Instagram was 48,3% while the remaining 51,7% is influenced by other variables. Based on the F test social media marketing Instagram significant effect on interest indicated by F count> F table: 91,618 > 3,94 so the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Social media marketing Instagram can be concluded significant effect on intention to Santa Modern Market. Keywords : Social Media Marketing, Instagram, Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This article tries to dissect the direction of the development and application of religious moderation values in the Polytechnic. Conceptually, religious moderation is a process of believing in, understanding and practicing balanced religious teachings in the life of the nation and state. This research is a qualitative research, in which data from field studies were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Field research was carried out at the Bandung Polytechnic (Polban) and the Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ). The results of the study show that the direction of developing religious moderation in the Polytechnic prioritizes the cultivation of the value of tolerance which is entrusted to all Religious Education courses. The inculcation of the value of religious moderation is carried out through the delivery of material about tolerance in the views of religions in Indonesia and the implementation of joint activities in the form of inter-religious harmony projects. Abstrak Artikel ini mencoba membedah arah pengembangan dan penerapan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di Politeknik. Moderasi Beragama secara konsep merupakan sebuah proses meyakini, memahami dan mengamalkan ajaran agama yang berimbang dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, di mana data hasil studi lapangan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian lapangan dilaksanakan di Politeknik Bandung (Polban) dan Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa arah pengembangan moderasi beragama di Politeknik mengedepankan pada penanaman nilai toleransi yang dititipkan pada semua mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama. Penanaman nilai moderasi beragama ini dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi tentang toleransi dalam pandangan agama-agama di Indonesia dan pelaksanaan kegiatan bersama dalam bentuk projek kerukunan antar umat beragama.

Abstract

The issue of Childfree has gone viral recently, especially after several cyber influencers such as YouTube, Twitter, Instagram revealed that their families had decided not to have children. Childfree itself is a decision made by a married couple not to have children. Indonesia as a country that believes in God makes religion a source of reference for behavior, one of which is in starting a family and having children. The role of religion is certainly very important in efforts to see the problems that occur and take the right solutions so that Childfree can be addressed wisely. This research aims to look at the views of the younger generation towards Childfree and the role of Islam in efforts to prevent the younger generation from being Childfree. Because the condition of the nation in the future will be determined by today's young generation. The research method chosen is a qualitative method using observation, interviews, documentation studies so that you will get in-depth results including the reasons for each research subject. The first pre-field stage, namely preparing a plan, selecting a field, preparing instruments. The second stage is data collection, and the third stage is data processing which consists of data display, analysis, drawing conclusions, and narrating the results. The results of this research showed that 82.35% of the research sample knew about Childfree from the internet, social media and other digital media. There was one sample who was affected by Childfree because they were worried about difficulties in taking care of children, especially due to busyness and economic factors, so they chose to postpone or not even have children. However, the majority of the sample still wants to have children after marriage. The role of religion is very important for all samples because they still remember advice from their teacher/lecture that said "lots of children, lots of luck", so the majority admitted that they still wanted to have children after marriage. In conclusion, there is a view among today's young generation that having children can make their lives difficult, so they choose to postpone and don't want to have children. Even though the number is still a minority/small. Religious views are very important in supporting good understanding for the younger generation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation on job application interest with office location as a moderating variable among Jobstreet platform users in Depok. The data collection method used questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents and was processed using the PLS-SEM analysis method. The data analysis results show that compensation has a positive and significant influence with a path coefficient value of 0.614 and P values of 0.000 on job application interest. The office location variable also has a positive and significant influence with a path coefficient value of 0.293 and P values of 0.001 on job application interest. Additionally, office location is proven to moderate the relationship between compensation and job application interest with a path coefficient value of 0.200 and P values of 0.012. These findings indicate that a strategic office location can strengthen the relationship between compensation and job application interest. The implications of this study are that companies on Jobstreet platform need to consider not only competitive compensation but also strategic office locations to attract job applicants' interest.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how service failure and service recovery affect customer loyalty at Indomaret located in Pademangan Barat Village, Pademangan District, North Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires using non-probability sampling techniques, specifically purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using statistical software Smart Partial Least Square version 4.1.0.3 (SmartPLS 4.1.0.3). The results showed that service failure has a significant negative effect on customer loyalty with a coefficient of -0.203 and p-values of 0.016, while service recovery has a significant positive effect with a coefficient of 0.512 and p-values of 0.000. In addition, the combination of service failure and service recovery can explain 29.1% of the variation in customer loyalty, as shown by the R-squared value of 0.291.

Abstract

The phenomenon of wearing the hijab among Muslim women in Indonesia has experienced a rapidly increasing trend over the last two decades. The use of the hijab, which was initially only limited to certain circles, has now become a fashion model in almost all circles of society, including students and students. This research aims to explore and photograph the motivation of Jakarta State Polytechnic students to wear the hijab and their social and religious behavior. The objects of this research were Muslim students at the Jakarta State Polytechnic who wore the hijab, with a sample of 100 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The incoming data is processed, analyzed, and presented descriptively. The results of this study show that Muslim female students at the Jakarta State Polytechnic generally wear the hijab more because of intrinsic encouragement than extrinsic encouragement, respectively getting approval levels of 89% and 41%. They also have good religious and social behavior, as shown by an approval level of 80% for religious behavior and 70% for social behavior

Abstract

This article explains the curriculum development model for Islamic Religious Education courses based on religious moderation in public universities. Curriculum development like this is important so that Islamic Religious Education courses are able to make students have tolerant religious perspectives, attitudes and behavior amidst the diversity of religious life in society. This article is the result of research conducted at the State Polytechnic using a qualitative approach. The data collection methods that will be used are interviews with lecturers who teach PAI courses at various public universities as well as literature studies of scientific articles and books about Islamic Religious Education and religious moderation. Analysis of the collected data is used to formulate a model for curriculum development for PAI courses based on religious moderation. The results of the research conclude that developing a curriculum for Islamic Religious Education courses based on religious moderation is considered important and urgent in order to prevent students from extreme attitudes towards religion. The curriculum development was carried out by formulating the objectives of the Islamic Religious Education course based on religious moderation, determining student learning experiences, managing learning experiences and evaluation. The obstacle that arises is human resources, namely lecturers who teach courses who do not fully understand and realize the importance of the values ​​of religious moderation in learning Islamic Religious Education courses
