This study discusses the risk identification analysis that occurs in the warehouse unit of Yamaha Mustika Group, an official Yamaha motorcycle dealer located in East Jakarta, which plays a crucial role in the distribution of spare parts. The objective of this research is to identify risks, classify them, assess their priority levels, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. The research was conducted through observation, interviews, and analysis of warehouse operational data. The analysis results indicate four main categories of risk: technological and system risk, operational risk, product quality risk, and security risk. Technological and system risk ranks highest in priority because the entire operational process is still conducted manually without support from digital systems such as a Warehouse Management System (WMS), leading to data inaccuracies and delays in distribution. Using a risk matrix method (likelihood × impact), risk assessment was carried out systematically to determine handling priorities. The proposed mitigation strategies include the digitalization of operational systems, enhanced security monitoring, implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP), and employee training. This study highlights the importance of implementing risk management in warehouse systems to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
