This study aims to analyze the influence of after-sales service and product security on repurchase intention among customers of PT X. The research background is based on significant fluctuations in repurchase rates between 2020 and 2024, as well as inconsistent findings in previous studies regarding the two variables. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected via questionnaires distributed to 100 customers of PT X. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with the SmartPLS 4.1.1.2 program was used to evaluate the data. A t-statistic value of 6.441 and a p-value of 0.000 indicated that after-sales service significantly impacted repurchase intention. Similarly, with a t-statistic value of 6.862 and a p-value of 0.000, product security likewise shown a substantial impact on repurchase intention. Simultaneously, both independent variables account for 73.4% of the variation in repurchase intention. These findings suggest that excellent after-sales service and reliable product security are critical factors in increasing consumer repurchase intentions. Therefore, the company is advised to strengthen its after-sales service strategy and product safety system to maintain customer loyalty and support business sustainability.
