<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of work safety and workload on the work productivity of GrabBike drivers in Pondok Aren District both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted with a descriptive quantitative approach. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires in the Pondok Aren area. This study used probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach, so that the sample members obtained were 104 respondents. The results showed that partially, Work Safety (X1) and Workload (X2) had a significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y), because it showed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so H1 dan H2 were accepted, while H0 was rejected. Simultaneously work safety (X1) and workload (X2) have a significant effect on work productivity (Y) because it shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, in which case H3 is accepted and Ho is rejected. Future authors are expected to develop new research based on the results of this study by developing other variables, methods, analysis techniques, and research objects to be more useful and produce different variations in research findings.]]>
