<![CDATA[The high unemployment rate among vocational high school (SMK) graduates, triggered by a mismatch between student competencies and the needs of the workforce, highlights the importance of optimally implementing a link and match strategy. This study aims to examine the implementation of this strategy in the curriculum at SMKN 20 Jakarta using a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the school has aligned its curriculum with industry partners through collaborative partnerships, including with the Muammalat Institute, PT. Zahir Internasional, PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, and BIB Computer. This strategy is implemented through industry involvement in curriculum design, project-based learning, guest teacher programs, and strengthening teaching factories. These efforts are also supported by the implementation of BNSP-licensed competency certification and a structured Field Work Practice (PKL) program. Overall, the research results indicate that the implementation of the link and match strategy at SMKN 20 Jakarta is able to narrow the gap between graduate skills and industry demands while simultaneously improving students' readiness and competitiveness in the workforce.]]>
