<![CDATA[The ability to write scientifically becomes one of the most important skills that academic college students must have. However, there are still many college students who find it difficult to write science articles systematically and in accordance with publication standards. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of seminars on writing skills in science writing skills for students' skills through qualitative methods through in-depth interviews The research information consisted of students who participated in the seminar. The participants of this seminar activity amounted to 52 students. The results of the interviews showed that the seminar implemented had a positive effect on students' understanding of the structure of scientific journal writing, techniques for logical discussion, and increased motivation to write. In addition, participants were more confident and understood the ethics of scientific publications post-Seminar. Therefore, the seminar is considered to be an effective alternative learning strategy to develop students' scientific writing skills.]]>
