Stunting remains a major public health nutrition problem that requires an integrated approach involving multisectoral collaboration. Nguter Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency, is one of the areas that continues to face child growth problems, requiring stunting prevention and intervention efforts based on the conditions and potential of each village. This community service activity aimed to optimize stunting response efforts through strengthening knowledge, mapping nutritional conditions, and developing village-based intervention plans. The activity was conducted in five villages in Nguter Subdistrict, namely Baran, Nguter, Jangglengan, Tanjungrejo, and Juron, involving the subdistrict government, village governments, health workers, and lecturers from the Nutrition Study Program of Universitas Sugeng Hartono. The activity employed a participatory and collaborative approach through several stages, including preparation, educational sessions and interactive discussions, nutritional condition mapping, demonstrations of complementary feeding (MPASI) preparation using local food resources, and the development of stunting response plans for each village. The results indicated that Nguter Subdistrict continues to face child growth problems that require sustained attention and intervention. The activity resulted in stunting response plans for the five target villages, developed according to the conditions and potential of each area, while strengthening collaboration among government institutions, health workers, higher education institutions, and the community. These planning outcomes will subsequently serve as a basis for integration and follow-up through the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) conducted by students of Universitas Sugeng Hartono. This activity demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening village-based stunting prevention planning according to local needs and potential.
