Anemia remains a major public health problem among adolescent girls, affecting the quality of future generations. This community service program aimed to improve adolescent girls’ knowledge of anemia, reproductive health, and early marriage prevention as part of preparing healthy brides. The methods included health education, interactive discussions, hemoglobin (Hb) examination, and iron supplementation (iron tablets). The participants consisted of 30 adolescent girls, including prospective brides and engaged adolescents in Pamorah Village, Tragah District, Bangkalan. The pre-test results showed that 36.7% of participants had moderate knowledge, while 63.3% had poor knowledge. Following the educational intervention, knowledge improved significantly, with 70% categorized as good and 30% as moderate. Hemoglobin examination results indicated that 36.7% of participants had normal Hb levels, while 63.3% were below normal. All participants actively participated in the iron supplementation program. This activity demonstrates that structured assistance effectively improves adolescent girls’ knowledge and raises awareness of the importance of anemia prevention in preparing for healthy marriage.
