Exclusive breastfeeding is widely recognized as a crucial element in supporting infant health and optimal growth and development. However, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding remains limited due to various factors, particularly maternal knowledge and husband’s support. This study aimed to examine the relationship between these variables and the practice of exclusive breastfeeding at Setabu Community Health Center in 2026. This research employed an analytical study with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 40 mothers with infants aged 6–12 months, selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents had good knowledge and received optimal support from their husbands. Bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between maternal knowledge (p = 0.012) and husband’s support (p = 0.026) with the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. Therefore, good maternal knowledge and optimal husband’s support play an important role in improving the success of exclusive breastfeeding practices.
