Bullying among Generation Z is becoming an increasingly complex social problem, particularly in school settings like SMA N 1 Ampel, where poor legal understanding and minimal awareness of the consequences of actions are the main causes of the prevalence of bullying. This study aims to identify the forms of bullying, the causal factors, and evaluate the effectiveness of legal outreach as an effort to prevent and address bullying cases among Generation Z. The method used is a sociological-juridical approach with primary data collection techniques through observation, interviews, discussions, and Q&A, as well as secondary data in the form of literature review and documentation from the outreach activity "The Importance of Understanding the Law to Handle Bullying Cases Among Gen Z" held at SMA N 1 Ampel on December 16, 2025. The results indicate that bullying among Generation Z includes verbal, physical, and cyberbullying, potentially violating the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE), the Child Protection Law, and the latest Criminal Code. The main causal factors include internal factors within the perpetrator, such as lack of emotional control and legal awareness, as well as external factors such as the influence of social media, inappropriate social circles, and unhealthy environments. Educational and interactive legal outreach has been proven effective in increasing students' understanding of the legal consequences of bullying while fostering a sense of responsibility and empathy.
