Posyandu is a form of community-based health service that functions to improve maternal and child health, particularly by monitoring the growth and development of children under five. These activities also serve as a platform for community empowerment by involving local volunteers (cadres) and community members in the delivery of health services. In Rumah Sumbul Village, the Student Community Service (KKN) program was implemented through support for Posyandu activities, demonstrating student participation in bolstering community health services. This support involved assisting cadres with participant registration, weighing toddlers, measuring height or length, recording data, and guiding community members during the event. The initiative aimed to streamline Posyandu operations while simultaneously increasing student and community participation in safeguarding maternal and child health. The results indicate that the support provided by KKN students helped cadres manage Posyandu services, leading to more orderly and efficient program execution. Furthermore, Posyandu plays a vital role in monitoring toddler growth as a preventive measure against stunting. Thus, the support provided by KKN students represents a form of participation in community empowerment by facilitating the delivery of health services in Rumah Sumbul Village.
