<![CDATA[The company faces problems with delays in raw material receipt, which impacts production processes and decreases productivity. The purchasing department struggles to determine the right supplier due to the large number of suppliers and criteria that must be considered. Previously, supplier evaluation was based solely on price without considering other criteria such as quality, delivery, location, and responsiveness. The company has not implemented a specific method for supplier selection. This research aims to identify the priority order of factors affecting supplier selection and establish an appropriate selection method. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and pairwise comparison questionnaires administered to decision-makers and operational employees selected using judgement sampling technique. The criteria evaluated include price, quality, delivery, location, and responsiveness. The results show that price criteria becomes the highest priority with a weight of 0.54 and Supplier B was selected as the best supplier with a value of 0.22, thereby serving as a reference for PT. XZY Bekasi in making objective and systematic supplier selection decisions.]]>
