<![CDATA[Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a crucial aspect of the manufacturing industry, particularly in manual work activities that may potentially cause occupational accidents and diseases. This study aims to analyze work risks in the Assembly Box area of PT XYZ using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) method, with a primary focus on ergonomic hazards. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach based on a case study, with data obtained through direct observation, informal interviews, documentation, and a HIRADC checklist. Risk assessment was conducted by calculating the Risk Score as the product of Likelihood and Severity (R = L x S), which was then categorized based on a risk matrix. The results show 13 potential hazards consisting of ergonomic, simple mechanical, physical, and environmental hazards, classified into 9 high risks, 3 medium risks, and 1 low risk. Ergonomic hazards are the most dominant risk because work activities are still carried out manually, repetitively, and with non-ergonomic working postures. Risk control recommendations prioritize engineering and administrative controls, complemented by the use of personal protective equipment, to improve operators' occupational health and safety.]]>
