The massive transformation of the digital landscape has significantly increased the risks of disinformation and cyber threats, which may impact social stability and national resilience. Generation Z, as the most active group in utilizing digital technology, holds a strategic position while simultaneously being vulnerable to such threats, as they are digital natives who are highly accustomed to the internet and social media. From the standpoint of defense management, this study examines how prepared Generation Z is to combat misinformation and cyberthreats using digital skills. Data from public organizations including APJII, Kominfo, BSSN, and Mafindo are added to the study's thorough literature review of scholarly articles. The findings indicate that Generation Z demonstrates a high level of technological adaptability; however, challenges remain in terms of information verification, source evaluation, and the management of cognitive bias. From a defense management perspective, the readiness of Generation Z can be assessed through three dimensions: awareness, capability, and resilience. Strengthening information resilience and enhancing the capacity to combat digital threats depend heavily on digital competency, critical thinking abilities, and cybersecurity awareness
