This study aims to analyze the effect of work procedure clarity (SOP) and role clarity on employee performance effectiveness at PT Mandiri Sawit Bersama. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed. The entire population of 90 employees was included as the sample using a census technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that work procedure clarity and role clarity simultaneously have a significant effect on performance effectiveness, with an F-value of 4.412 and a significance level of 0.015. Partially, work procedure clarity has a positive and significant effect, with a coefficient of 0.290 and a significance level of 0.021, while role clarity has a positive but insignificant effect, with a coefficient of 0.198 and a significance level of 0.112. The R Square value of 0.092 indicates that both variables explain 9.2% of the variation in employee performance effectiveness. These findings emphasize the importance of clear SOP implementation and stronger role clarity to support consistent, directed, and standardized employee performance.
