Low back pain is a musculoskeletal disorder characterized by pain in the lower back area. It can be caused by various factors, such as degenerative changes due to aging, decreased muscle function, and disorders of the spinal structure. This condition often leads to limitations in daily activities, reduces physical abilities, and affects independence. This decline can impact the quality of life of older adults, encompassing physical, psychological, social, and environmental aspects. This study aimed to determine the relationship between low back pain and quality of life in older adults in Kuwum Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali. This study used a quantitative method with an observational analytical approach and a cross-sectional design.
