The use of hydroponic systems in tomato cultivation has increased due to limited agricultural land and the need for efficient nutrient management. This study aimed to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) concentration on the growth and yield of two tomato varieties cultivated using the Kratky hydroponic system. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University from September to November 2025. The study used a factorial randomized block design consisting of two factors: POC concentration (0, 5, 10, and 15 mL/L) and tomato varieties (Servo and Gustavi), with three replications. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, fruit number, fruit weight, fruit length, and fruit diameter. The results showed that POC concentration significantly affected plant growth and yield parameters, especially at 10–15 mL/L concentrations. The Gustavi variety demonstrated better vegetative growth during the early growth stages compared to Servo. No interaction effect was found between POC concentration and tomato varieties. The application of liquid organic fertilizer at appropriate concentrations has the potential to improve tomato cultivation efficiency in the Kratky hydroponic system.
