<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the management of hot spring resources as a potential ecotourism development asset in Pardomuan Nainggolan Village in supporting sustainable development. The hot spring resources located in the village have significant potential as a nature-based tourism destination; however, they have not yet been managed optimally. This condition has resulted in the economic, social, and environmental benefits that should be gained by the local community not being fully realized.This research employs a qualitative approach with an exploratory research design. The qualitative approach was chosen because the study seeks to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon of hot spring resource management as an ecotourism potential in Pardomuan Nainggolan Village, Pahae Jae District, based on actual conditions and the perspectives of the stakeholders involved.The results of the study indicate that the hot spring resources in Pardomuan Nainggolan Village have the potential to be developed into an ecotourism destination that can increase community income and create new, sustainable employment opportunities. Such development requires active community participation and government support to ensure that the potential of the hot spring resources can be utilized optimally.]]>
