Mathematics learning is often perceived by students as a difficult and boring subject. This perception arises from the lack of teacher creativity in using innovative learning media, leading to low student interest and engagement in the learning process. This condition underscores the importance of developing instructional media that foster an interactive, enjoyable learning environment. This study aims to develop a monopoly-based learning media for teaching fractions in fourth-grade mathematics and to determine its feasibility. The research method employed was Research and Development using the ADDIE development model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The validation results showed that the monopoly learning media achieved a feasibility score of 93.8% from material experts and 92.3% from media experts, indicating that the media is highly feasible for classroom implementation. These findings indicate that monopoly-based learning media play an important role in increasing students’ interest in learning and creating a more interactive and enjoyable mathematics learning experience, particularly in learning fractions.
