This community service program aims to enhance the technical competence and work readiness of students at SMK RISTEK Rowokele Kebumen in managing and monitoring computer network infrastructure. The primary challenge faced by the partner was the lack of practical experience among students regarding industry-standard Network Management Systems (NMS), as the regular curriculum mainly focused on static network configuration without centralized monitoring. The implementation method utilized a structured five-stage Training Method: initial socialization and coordination, foundational NMS theory sessions, a hands-on workshop (Zabbix Appliance installation and GNS3 simulation), technical mentoring with troubleshooting simulations, and module handover for sustainability. The activity was conducted on August 31, 2026, at the Computer Laboratory of SMK RISTEK Rowokele, achieving 100% participant attendance. Evaluation results demonstrated a significant increase in student conceptual understanding and technical skill, with 80% of participants successfully connecting Zabbix Appliance to GNS3 simulated routers and generating real-time monitoring dashboards for link traffic and node status. Output products include a Practical NMS Zabbix Training Module registered for Copyright (HKI) and integrated into the school's practical curriculum enrichment.
