The development of digital technology has encouraged the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, including elementary schools. This study aims to examine the role of AI as a teacher's administrative assistant and its ethical and pedagogical implications. The method used is a literature review based on relevant scientific sources. The findings show that AI can improve teachers' efficiency through the automation of material preparation, assessment, and student progress analysis. AI also supports more adaptive, inclusive, and student-centered learning. However, its implementation presents challenges, such as data privacy risks, algorithmic bias, technological dependency, and reduced human interaction. Therefore, adequate teacher competence, infrastructure, and clear regulations are needed to ensure the responsible use of AI while supporting the quality of elementary education
