This study examined the effect of a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model supplemented with a Snakes and Ladders game on third-grade elementary school students’ understanding of plane figures. Using a quasi-experimental quantitative method (Non-equivalent Control Group Design) with total sampling among students in the Panjang area, the study involved 16 students from SD N Panjang 3 (experimental class) and 23 students from SD N Panjang 1 (control class). Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests, then analyzed using an Independent Samples T-Test. The results showed homogeneous data (Sig. 0.935 & 0.237 > 0.05), and the t-test yielded a Sig. of 0.007 (< 0.05), with the experimental group’s mean (88.63) outperforming the control group’s mean (84.17). It is concluded that the PBL model aided by the Snakes and Ladders game is effective in improving students’ understanding of geometric concepts. Teachers are recommended to implement this combination to make learning concrete and enjoyable
