This study aims to analyze the role of the Museum Gedung Juang Bekasi’s historical attractions in shaping its promotional strategy and to identify the gap between its digital promotional image and operational reality. A descriptive qualitative approach utilizing a case study method was employed. Primary data were gathered through passive participatory observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews using purposive sampling with museum management, the Bekasi Regency Culture, Youth, and Sports Agency and tourists. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity verified through source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that the transformation of Museum Gedung Juang into a digital museum serves as a highly effective Unique Selling Proposition (USP) that drives the tourism promotion mix; interactive visual content successfully builds a strong destination image and stimulates tourist interest. However, the study identified an operational anomaly: the vulnerability of "smart tourism" operations to macro infrastructure instability. A sudden power outage during a visit disrupted video mapping visuals and interactive screens, instantly causing a failure in the "moment of truth" and risking tourist dissatisfaction. These findings underscore that the vital role of digital attractions as the core of promotion relies heavily on technical resilience. Consequently, it is recommended that management implement risk mitigation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for electrical systems specifically by installing automatic generator sets and large-scale Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units to ensure consistency between promotional promises and the actual tourist experience.
