<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors affecting the empowerment and development of the Student Cooperative (KOPMA) at STIBA Ar Raayah and to identify strategic implications for its development. This study employed a qualitative descriptive field approach using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using SWOT analysis to identify the cooperative’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The findings indicate that the main strengths include opportunities for students to develop entrepreneurial skills, direct guidance from lecturers and institutional management, and the cooperative’s role in providing products and supporting student entrepreneurs. The main weaknesses are limited operating hours, limited management and marketing skills among student employees, and the credit purchasing system. Opportunities arise from students’ daily product needs, diverse market demand, and opportunities for product development. Meanwhile, threats include competition from other sellers and the risk of unsold or expired products. These findings imply that KOPMA should strengthen operational management, inventory control, employee capacity, and product development to improve its sustainability and empowerment function within the Islamic educational environment.]]>
