Islamic Religious Education, especially Al-Qur'an Hadis, plays a crucial role in developing students' character and spiritual ethics. Nonetheless, traditional teaching approaches frequently result in student passiveness and a deficiency in critical thinking. This research seeks to investigate the philosophical basis of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in relation to Al-Qur'an Hadis teaching. Employing a literature review method, the study combines multiple scholarly sources to explore the efficacy and educational merits of this model. The findings show that the Jigsaw model successfully shifts classroom interactions from passive learning to active, student-focused teamwork. Through embracing the principles of ta'awun (collaboration) and tadaqquq (profound reflection), this model promotes comprehensive comprehension and ingrains spiritual values. As a result, Jigsaw functions as a strategic educational resource to bolster critical thinking, character growth, and academic success, providing a relevant, context-sensitive, and captivating method for modern Islamic education.
