Advances in digital technology have opened up many opportunities for business groups to reach a wider market. However, many business groups lack the skills needed for digital marketing, including the Puspasari Women’s Group (KWT) in Bogor City. This empowerment activity aims to enhance the marketing capacity of KWT Puspasari members through training in creating digital promotional content. The training was conducted using a “learning by doing” approach in two sessions: the first session focused on photography and video filming techniques, while the second session covered the use of editing apps (Canva and CapCut) and ChatGPT for creating promotional captions. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test instruments, with the results indicating an increase in knowledge of 12.90%, attitude of 15.07%, and skills of 52.27%. These results indicate that the training has the potential to effectively improve participants’ ability to create digital promotional content. However, to ensure the program’s sustainability, follow-up strategies are needed, including the formation of group-based digital cadres, regular mentoring, and the optimization of KWT Puspasari’s social media use through the scheduling of routine content publications.
