This study aimed to develop an interactive PowerPoint learning medium for biotechnology based on the isolation, characterization, and phylogenetic analysis of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) from cincalok fermentation and to determine its feasibility. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model adapted into three stages: Analysis, Design, and Development. The medium integrated biotechnology content, the local potential of cincalok, and LAB research findings, supported by images, animations, interactive navigation, and evaluation activities. The feasibility of the medium was assessed by five validators using 16 criteria covering format, content, and language aspects. The validation results showed that all criteria obtained a CVR value of 0.99 and were categorized as valid. Therefore, the developed interactive PowerPoint medium was considered valid and feasible for further implementation in learning.
