<![CDATA[This study aims to find out: 1) The level of science process skills of grade VIII students of SMPN 49 Makassar before and after the application of Discovery Learning based E-LKPD on light materials and optical instruments. 2) Improving the science process skills of grade VIII students of SMPN 49 Makassar after being taught using E-LKPD based on Discovery Learning on light materials and optical instruments. 3) Significantly improved the science process skills of grade VIII students of SMPN 49 Makassar before and after the application of Discovery Learning based E-LKPD on light materials and optical instruments. This type of research is Pre-Experimental research with research design using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of all grade VIII students of SMPN 49 Makassar consisting of 5 classes with a total of 137 students, the sample was selected by purposive sampling, with 1 class, namely classes VIII-3 totaling 32 students. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that: 1) The skill level of the science process of students before the application of E-LKPD based on Discovery Learning with an average score of 7.64 was in the low category, while after application had an average score of 15.59 was in the high category. 2) The average N-Gain of PPP students after the implementation of E-LKPD based on Discovery Learning with an average N-Gain score of 0.66 is in the medium category 3) There is a significant increase in PPP students after the implementation of E-LKPD based on Discovery Learning grade VIII SMP Negeri 49 Makassar.]]>
