Fostering the Islamic character of elementary school students is a crucial aspect of education; however, preliminary observations at UPTD SD Negeri 1 Peusangan Selatan revealed student behaviors requiring improvement, such as delaying prayers, using impolite language, lacking honesty in completing assignments, and showing low social concern. This study aimed to analyze the influence of teachers' personality competence and professional attitude on students' Islamic character, both individually and simultaneously. A quantitative approach employing correlational design and multiple regression analysis was used. The sample consisted of 30 sixth-grade students and 10 sixth-grade teachers. Data were collected via a four-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Pearson correlation, t-tests, F-tests, and multiple regression. The results showed that teachers' personality competence had a regression coefficient of 0.140 (t=1.712, p=0.098), while teachers' professional attitude had a beta coefficient of 0.421 (t=2.572, p=0.016). Simultaneously, both variables exerted a significant influence (F=5.270, p=0.012). The coefficient of determination was 0.281, indicating that the model explained 28.1% of the variation in students' Islamic character, while 71.9% was attributed to factors outside the model. These findings demonstrate a relationship between the quality of teachers' personality and professionalism and the students' Islamic character within the context of the school studied.
