This study examines the role of educational technology in strengthening Islamic school management in Africa. Using a qualitative field study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation in several Islamic schools. The findings show that educational technology improved administrative efficiency, communication systems, institutional coordination, leadership practices, and data-based decision-making. Digital platforms such as electronic attendance systems, online reports, and communication applications enhanced transparency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness within schools. However, the study also identified several challenges, including limited infrastructure, unstable internet access, insufficient funding, and low digital literacy among educators. The study concludes that educational technology plays a crucial role in improving the quality and sustainability of Islamic school management in Africa. Therefore, institutional readiness, leadership support, and continuous digital capacity development are essential for successful technology integration in Islamic educational institutions
