Pajar Bulan Village, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra, has significant potential as one of the region's coffee-producing areas. However, the added value and competitiveness of its coffee products remain low due to limited distribution facilities, conventional post-harvest processing practices, and inadequate market access. These challenges reduce product quality and limit farmers' economic opportunities. This community service program aims to strengthen community-based distribution and post-harvest processing systems for coffee farmers. The program adopts the Participatory Technological Development (PTD) approach, which actively involves the community throughout the implementation stages, including socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and evaluation. The activities include providing ergonomic wheelbarrows to improve harvest distribution, packaging sealing machines to enhance product quality, post-harvest processing training, and digital marketing assistance through social media platforms. The expected outcomes include improved efficiency of coffee distribution, better packaging quality, increased knowledge and technical skills of farmers, and strengthened collective management of production facilities through farmer groups. Ultimately, the program is expected to increase the added value of coffee products, strengthen farmer institutions, expand market access, and improve the welfare of local communities by promoting a more productive, competitive, and sustainable coffee business.
