<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BKAD) of Pagar Alam City. Improving employee performance is a strategic factor in supporting the effectiveness of regional financial and asset management. This quantitative study used a survey method with a saturated sampling technique, in which all 46 employees of BKAD Pagar Alam City served as respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach with SmartPLS software. The results show that leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline is proven to have a positive and significant effect and stands out as the most dominant variable influencing employee performance. Other findings reveal that leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline do not significantly affect compensation, and compensation fails to mediate the relationship between these three variables and employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.924 indicates that leadership style, work motivation, work discipline, and compensation simultaneously explain 92.4% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 7.6% is influenced by variables outside the model. Improving employee performance at BKAD Pagar Alam City can be achieved primarily through strengthening work discipline, fostering effective leadership, and boosting work motivation.]]>
